OMK managers have been recognized to be among the best, according to the 10th annual TOP 1000 rating of Russian best managers. Chairman of the OMK Board of Directors Anatoly Sedykh ranks among the best company executives. In addition, OMK Director for Personnel Svetlana Nikolashina and OMK Director for Public Relations Aleksandr Kastravets rank among the top Russian managers in the relevant categories.
A join project of the Russian Managers Association and Kommersant Publishing House, the annual rating of the best managers in this country is purported to identify the most professional managers and leaders in their respective fields of activities for the past year. Launched in 2001, the TOP 1000 rating is an instrument for evaluating business reputations of Russia's leading senior managers.

The main consumers of OMK products include such leading Russian and foreign companies as Gazprom, Russian Railways, LUKOIL, Transneft, Surgutneftegas, Rosneft, TNK-BP, ExxonMobil, Royal Dutch/Shell, General Electric, and Samsung. OMK supplies its products to 20 countries.
